Love these, hot tip, if you plan on using AUX buy this from eBay, been a life saver for me https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/114704765714?epid=905285437&_trkā€¦

I paid $450 for my pair used during the height of last years 'buy everything for the home office' panic.

    • Is it possible to connect this to desktop for gaming via the base station AND switch to work laptop to connect via BT?

      • It is better than that, it actually outputs both bluetooth and regular at the same time, I've been gaming and working from home for months. Been loving Returnal recently during more boring meetings.

        • how do you switch between the two devices?

          • @ar7ist: You don't you just connect to both. The bluetooth has a separate button on the side of the headset.

            • @cc23: Excellent. Thanks for confirming. Are these comfy for long use. 6-7 hours?

@ar7ist: I use them all day, the two battery thing means you never have to stop. It's awesome.

                • @cc23: I can't ever go back to a headset without a hot swap battery now. It's a game changer, and blows my mind that no one else does it.

              • @ar7ist: Been using mine for almost 2 years now, all day long conferences/gaming. Very comfy. still barely showing wear, and I keep a short scratchy beard that usually destroys ear muffs. ie my bose qc35's were peeling in 4 months of daily use.

                • @ONEMariachi: One thing I am worried about is the weight 357g compared to Surface 2 (250g) and XM4s (290g)

                  • @ar7ist: I have the XM3's now, and don't notice the difference.

  • Amazing headset, though I had to sell mine due to being blessed with a large head resulting in these being rather uncomfortable. I really wish they had a bit more give to them!

  • I got burn in on the screen of the DAC pretty quickly, and mine creak quite a bit. I like the swap-able battery though.

Overall don't feel worth the price to me. I wouldn't buy them again.

    • I really like mine but can confirm I got burn in on my dac pretty bad too. Not sure what I expected from an OLED though.
