  I bought Zinus Smartbase Foldable which is the best decision I've made for my circumstances who is still renting and moving from time to time. Its very easy to assemble and disassemble(no tools required). Also its very sturdy and not squeaky at all. Unlike my IK*A bed which is good but I ended up throwing it away as I couldn't bother to disassemble and reassemble it again.

  I'll recommend the product for those who are still renting. But I reckon I bought it cheaper last year, so maybe the pricing could be better for Ozbargainers

    The base height for this is 26cm.

    All of our frames and bases comes with 5 years warranty, and just a breakdown for you, please check below for more info:

    Frames or bases that comes with wooden slats:

    • They come with velcro straps on the side of the frame as well as the slats, they will hold that nice and firm for you.

    Frames or bases that comes with metal slats:

    • They come with locking mechanism that snaps into the frame so they won't move or drop.

    As for mattress, is there any preference in terms of the type that you are after? we have Innerspring, Pocket Spring, Memory Foam as well as Hybrid mattress for you to choose from, you may check the link below for all the mattresses that we have.

        You can't go wrong with our Hybrid Copper Memory Foam mattress, it combines both memory foam and pocket spring into it, with edge support as well as good for back pain sleeper too. Both heights are suitable for your need, if you want a firmer option, go for the 25cm thickness.

          @Zinus Australia: I am hoping to pair your bed frame with a sleeping duck mattress. Apparently The distance between slats needs to be less than 8cm for them to honour their warranty. I think that rules out the ones with steel slats. What is the distance between slats on the ironline bed frame?

    Yes, trisha will need a tape to keep the mattress in place. But, don't worry, All Zinus frames comes with non-slip tape that will hold your mattress in place so that they won't move around.
