Listing on the website has been updated. We had it listed with $19.85 including shipping until now. It's the same thing, but it seems people are more attracted by a $3.75 + shipping than by $19.85 with free shipping.
$3.75 + $16.10 is the same as $19.85.
The only difference is that $16.10 isn’t a real amount.
If buying more than one puzzle it makes a big difference. Probably should find a better way of shipping if it's costing that much. It looks like it's $9 if you use your own packaging.

Add in regional premiums, $16.1 is not outlandish. Since this "store" is just a drop shipper, they don't have any deals with AusPost.
