    eyeing on 40mm f2.5 G or 50mm f2.5 G for my A7C as walkaround lens, which one do you recommend?

      Not quite sure, I had just ordered a 50mm F2.5G last week and haven't got it yet. Figured if I ever bought the 24mm from the same range it would differentiate itself more that way.

        The 24mm was 600 bucks from sony few weeks ago for the 24mm f2.8.

          @zt_38: I'm thinking of that or the 24mm f1.4gm. The digidirect price seems good for about 1400 after cash back but I got the 20mm f1.8 for 1k roughly after cashback

            20mm f1.8
            24-105 f4

      I would go for the 40mm because its an interesting focal length depending on what lens you have. i ahve the a7c as well but i got bought the 20mm f1.8, 35mm f1.8 and 85mm f1.8 lens. i think the 20mm f1.8 lens now on sale is a very good price and among the lens i have i ilike it the most.

      according to the reviews the 20mm f1.8 is 95% of hte 24mm f1.4 gm lens after significantly less money. then again the 24mm f1.8 lens is a good price at the moment.

  The Sony a7iii has been $2588 all year…mysteriously the price went up to $2798 before the 20% off sale!

  The Fujinon XF 35mm F1.4 is insanely good value too. Recently sold mine at the same price as new right now!
