Samsung SSD Cashback and Futu Online eBay?

Hi, I see that on eBay, Futu Online advertises their 1TB, 2TB Samsung SSD with cashback, and their 4TB one is without the cashback $ in the thumbnail picture. Checking SS website, I do not see their company name on it. Anyone succeed getting cashback from SS?

    Hi,

    I bought 3 SSD's from futu_online a week ago. Their invoice is under the name K.S Computer Technology.

    At the moment all the claims says invalid serial number. Contacted futu_online and they replied to email Samsung promo team.

    It's been 2 days and haven't heard anything back from Samsung.

      You have to use the serial number thats on the ssd itself, not the one that's on the box.

        Why would it have a different Serial number on the SSD to the box?? What's the point it even putting it on the box of it's wrong?

    Bought from KS Computer, Serial number not recognised by Samsung.
    Emailed the samsung promo team last week and still no reply
    Complete radio silence.
    Superb customer service.

      I'm seeing the same thing.

    I contact samsung australia because it wasnt working. They got back to me after a week and said it was fixed. I tried it again and didn't work. I bought from Futu online as well

    Same, but I got replied shortly, and I applied right away. It worked, and I am waiting for money to come.
