Having owned this model and the GT1 Pro model, I must say this product worked & sounded great in the beginning. But after about six months of light to average use, the earbuds and the case no longer hold battery charge. I have to frequently charge the case & when the buds are in use, the battery didn't last & an annoying low battery warning keeps beeping in your ears after about an hour. Good luck.
Any issues with pairing as I mentioned?
Initial pairing is ok but resetting it can be cumbersome. Once you get into resetting problems, of course pairing is in trouble too. I won't buy this brand again due to the battery issue.

Is the 12hr battery time accurate?
Only asking because the haylou gt1's also advertise 12hr battery life but the pair I had only last 4hrs at most.
I've recently bought a pair of soundpeats sonic, best Bluetooth earphones Ive bought under $55.
Pairs very easy, never had an issue with pairing. I usually charge earphones every 2nd day after work. 16hrs of playing music at half volume, I'm still left with about 50% of battery.
The haylous I previously used, had pairing issues all the time. Absolute pia to re-pair to my device.
The sonics are very comfortable even after 8 hrs, I think I'll buy another pair when a deal comes up as a spare
