    I bought a Dashcam from this mob last year via Kogan. It had a problem and I tried to claim warranty, Linelink was not responsive and also they didn't give me a tax invoice so I had to chase Linelink for the proof of purchase before going to the manufacturer directly.

    If you buy from them make sure you get your receipt!

In the unlikely event your Viofo product fails in the warranty period you can complete the RA Form on our site and return it to us or you can do it directly with Viofo. Either way, we'll guide you through the process to get you a replacement in a timely manner. If we get an email request for a Tax Invoice we email it to you rather promptly if you don't already have it. When buying direct from our site it is emailed to you at the time of purchase.

      It depends on your definition of "install"…

      Duct taped to the windscreen with a cable hanging loose? Easy install.

      Cable tucking and hardwiring via piggyback fuse for fully functioning "parking mode"? Still quite easy - just need the right equipment and YouTube if unsure.

    How's this advertisement getting so many up votes when one person has posted they're personal experience with this particular store

    And the rest are asking for a price on a kit after rep said to someone contact him and he will do a good deal on packaged viofo with hardware/ additional add-ons and getting no response
