I would like to see if anyone has successfully asked OW to price beat Amazon prime deals
or do they say No because it's similar to Costco membership?

Generally no, as their rules exclude membership deals.
In my experience they will try every possible trick in the book to avoid price matching.
I went into OW last week and asked if they matched Amazon prices on the Galaxy Buds Pro. They specifically said that they won't match the ones listed on Prime because it requires membership.
They were happy to match another random listing on Amazon and got the Buds Pro for $247.
If you show proof you have membership then you should be able to price match, no?
That, I can't tell you. I don't normally ask for price matches, as I would usually just go directly to where they sell it the cheapest. This time I wanted it quickly. I wouldn't assume so though since OW price match policy mentions something about excluding membership deals. It sounds like some others have had success though.
No, they don't. As memberships are not free.
Sure, If you factor the cost of the membership into the price maybe they'll match it.
Bit like they factor the cost of shipping into the price if they item can't be picked up locally etc.

In store it depends on who you speak with and if they want the sale to meet their monthly sales targets. I would ring up the store before going in and if you get no where ring another store. Calling will save you allot of wasted time.
Last time I checked the official price beat it had a bunch of conditions and most of the Amazon sales would not meet the conditions, but some would.

Prime membership is really no different to Costco membership. You can't 'access' those prices without paying the membership fee.
They beat and gave 5% extra discount on top. I got few ring cameras, Philips Hue lights and Nokia smart scale with price match, different occasions for ea purchase. It has to be in stock on Amazon Australia, if item is available to next day delivery it even easier.
It is a bit random. Many have had success. Others have been turned down. It needs to be the same item and model number, colour, and in stock.
Why not just buy from Amazon with a Cashback reward like Cashrewards or Shopback?
