  I still need to get the corner garage and the bookshop, no news on these retiring anytime soon?

    Bookshop was released last year, Police Station this year. So unlikely they will retire anytime soon. But from the looks of it, Corner Garage is likely to retire soon (stock's drying up everywhere except LEGO.com).

    Focus on the corner garage, you'll have a year to get the others. I personally like the garage but it got bad rep from how little realestate the actual building got on the base plate.

      You'll have at least a year and a half to get the Police station as it was just released Jan 2021. The Bookshop is an entire year older than that, and still widely available.

      Pretty sure all modulars from the last few years have been in print for at least 2 years.

          @Kuma Lee: Stock comes and goes. Bookshop isn't on PromoBricks list of sets retiring in 2021. I expect the Bookshop will be available until at least Q1 2022, possibly longer.

          There's a few exceptions such as the AT-ST Raider which retired early in AU but is still available overseas.

  Lego should have kept the RRP as $249.95 on the modulars. Big cash grab from Lego ☹️

  $250 used to be retail price of these modulars in the past.. and a sale would bring it down under $200… cheeky lego raising prices

    I do wonder if it's because it has more pieces (this Police Station has nearly 3000 pieces compared to the Bookshop which has around 2500). Fingers crossed it'll go down to $250 again if the piece count drops..

      Piece count isn't particularly useful imho given the wide range of piece size/price/rarity/moc usefullness. LEGO sets are increasing in detail and so come with TONS of tiny pieces.
