Can anyone please point me to a cheaper place to get Skyrim Steam CD Keys other than cjs-cdkeys? They have it for £16.99.

I'm not in the place to check, but if its not Steam just use a VPN like "flyvpn"
The reason I say not steam is because while most of the time its fine, some people have got in trouble from Steam for using them.
Last I checked the russian version don't even work unless you're connected to a russian vpn. The game itself is region restricted not only through activation but you had to have a russian ip when you tried to launch the game as well. Initially there was a work around, but then they encrypted the launcher so that it needed to go through steam first, so it means that you need to be connected to a russian vpn everytime you want to play.
The £17 is for the Russian version. The English one costs £30. On that site anyway.
GMG had the English version for $30 (had it on sale twice in fact).
But right now the cheapest would be to get it on Steam. It's 33% off and you can get it even cheaper if you find someone to trade from the US or the UK. A Skyrim/Bethesda coupon helps too.
E.g. Had someone from the UK buy it for me for $22 using a 33% skyrim coupon.
