Rant & Rave (Truelocal) Comp. - Ipod

Hi,

I got my ipod today in the mail, however it is a 1GB and not the 2GB one that was advertised in the original T&C.

Anyone made a fuss to truelocal about it?

Maybe you should write an ranting review on TrueLocal there :)

The terms and conditions says 1GB currently:

If the entrant is in the first 200 members to review at least 30 different businesses listed on truelocal.com.au during the Promotional Period they will receive a 1gb iPod shuffle.

And I don't really have the copy that says otherwise, but indeed they have changed the T&C half way through the competition…

  Then again if you quietly point out that the T&C's that were originally published said 2gb they may upgrade this. which they should. At least worth an email.
