  Good phone, but it's really a high end mid-ranger. $1100 is ridicilous considering you could get a flagship from last year with virtually the same chipset and a better camera. Gimbal is superior for night video compared to other brands but that's about it, Samsung is better during daylight video.

      Like I said, gimbal is only really superior in taking night shots. EIS on other flagships often outperformed the Vivo during filming in well lit scenarios.
      The sensor on the main camera is not bad, but far from the best. It can be found on phones that RRP for a third of the cost.
      Also for some reason we miss out on the periscope zoom with the Aussie model..
