EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA + EVGA SuperNOVA GA 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular Power Supply $1499 Delivered @ BPCTech

577

I know it's still not MSRP (downvote is coming lol) but probably the closest I've seen since the GPU shortage, not mentioned it comes with a 'free' 650w gold full modular PSU.
Confirmed not LHR version.

Also their KrakenPower Bifrost RTX 3070 Gaming Build is back again!

      • yep, as long as YOUR GAME is on the list.

      • FSR is by no means 'way better', it isn't as sophisticated and lacks the ability to analyse past frames and predict the next ones.
Not that that's a bad thing, as it means it'll pretty much work on any system as long as the game supports it.
I think it's great the option will be there if developers get on board, and for alot of people it'll be perfectly adequate.

This can bring more cash to me than a 6700xt

  • in case anyone interested, there was a war going on in China between the pc-gamers and the GPU hoarders, started a few days ago? It was quite fierce, but not sure how it goes right now.

    • +2

Wow what are the fatalities? Hopefully its not affecting that random elephant population that got lost in the south.

      • +1

hahaha, I didn't follow that story, but I know that elephant group is already a celeb in China, probably will be led to in those preserved zones later.
About the war, no, I don't think the gamers can beat the scalpers/hoarders, even they are very organised, the market demand is there, and the greedy inside is just way too powerful for pc-gamers.

    • as much as i hope it was, it was actually not that serious, it was just gamers venting their frustrations for a couple of days and that was it. I'd say not much damage done to the hoarder/dealers. it's pretty similar to the Gamestop war earlier this year, the supporters had their moment, but would never fight the capital players….

      • I agree, eventually they will lose to the greedy.

      • +2

Gamestop is still sitting 220. The war is still ongoing.

3060 selling like 360$ on the second-hand market, some big mining rig owner is trying to get rid of cards asap (https://imgur.com/a/Cqjo9f8 , 3060: 896quantity, 1800RMB(360$AUD) )

Feels like mining cards will flood soon, and that will bring down the retail price as well.

      -.-

      • You can't provide assumption based one person who may have gone bust!!

GPU flood will start probably around Dec or early next year , considering i very closely follow the mining news.

The EIP will happen in July which will reduce payout but considering china shutdown , mining is very profitable till they restart , hash rate is very much down.

So in conclusion IMO your analysis is very wrong but you are well entitled for it :)

    • did that lead to the China cryto ban 3 days ago?

      • No, I don't think so, it is more likely related to the Chinese digital currency is getting ready onto the market, but that banning trend had been there for quite some time everyone just waiting for it to be formal. IMO, no one will dare to wish the Chinese gov/bank to open up and accept crypto, even as far as I know some major players are inside those damn hydropower plants, no gov will take in something that they can't control.

  • +3

What is the charge? Buying a GPU? Above retail GPU?

  • +2

That KrakenPower Bifrost RTX 3070 is pictured with Aorus motherboard and they even have a Aorus promo picture but it actually comes with a Gigabyte Z390 UD ATX which is terrible

  • -3

    OZDoubleRRP?

  • Can’t believe I bought 3080 Asus for 1450$

  • +3

Ah, this is the millionth offer of this type.
Just because VGA cards are in shortage, they try to bundle PSU, B450, Aorus AIO cooler etc. The only thing I am yet to see is them bundle a kitchen sink or porta-potty with an RTX 3070. lol

  • +1

3070s will begin dropping sharply in price.

  • Was about to say join the ple Queue for $999 but its now $1229 RIP and they are not taking new orders .https://www.ple.com.au/Products/643673/eVGA-GeForce-RTX-3070-XC3-Ultra-8GB-GDDR6.

Should have invested in GPUs not bitcoin.

  • Still a horrible price, but SE has 3070 Ti in stock for 1599: https://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/buy/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-…

  • +1

buy an xbox and give 2 to your mates. never look back.

  • Now is not the time to buy a 3070, prices are headed down fast, a couple of months ago I could have sold my 3070 on ebay for $1500, now you can buy them new for that. in a couple months probably a few hundred cheaper

  • Hurry up intel save us.

    • praying to satan for cheaper cards? lol

      • I know it's terrible, but better than praying to Nvidia

  • Might be worth if you need a PSU as well, and need a computer ASAP.

Otherwise this is not even close to a "bargain". Especially with seeing how PLE has pre-orders for the FTW3 (the better EVGA variant at $1329), and many other stores slashing prices as supply and demand are falling into place.

Won't neg as the PSU is included, but oh boy if it was just the GPU in this post mate…

  • if you stop gaming on pc why do you need any new parts? besides failures of course…. plug in a touch screen on an extension cable and you got a good tablet on chair or sofa, while its also connected to telly… through nice new ports…

  • Can backorder this card @ $1261.50 + shipping: https://www.techbuy.com.au/p/489620/VIDEOCARDS_PCIEX_30XX_SE…

  • There is a glimmer of hope on the horizon for those waiting for further RTX30 series price drops - 3080 and 3070 seems to be the biggest movers, back to mid-March '21 cost: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/o19vxt/gpu_price_trend…

    (Found via: https://www.theregister.com/2021/06/22/as_china_shutters_cry…)

  • Not a deal. Way too expensive

  • above msrp
