    Seeing as you have to keep it active for 30 days and they are 30 day plans, there isn't some catch where you need to continue for a 2nd month? Just activate the SIM and can leave it?

        I have never used Woolworths mobile so I asked the online virtual assistant if I buy a 30 day starter pack do I need to give my credit card details for automatic payment of the second month?

        We request either your credit or debit card details during activation so that Auto-recharge is set up and ready to go for your new Pre-paid plan.
        If you'd rather not have Auto-recharge, you're free to remove this feature after you've activated your sim.
        And so you're aware - we'll deduct $1 for pre-authorisation, which will be refunded back into your account in about 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

    • Or does it just mean that you can't port out until the day after your 1st month runs out?

    • Be good to have this clarified. As I woukd have no intention of paying for a 2nd month at full price.

    10% off shop is not usually available in first month. WW mobile website actually says 45 days after activation.

      I did a 6 month plan and after 6 months was up I was able to get the 10% offer for next 2 months after the first 6 months, even though I didn't recharge the plan. However at some time in the 2nd month they stopped all calls and SMS to that number. I logged into my Woolworths mobile account and saw the number still there but marked as disconnected. Had to pick a plan to reactivate the number with no special discounts. I considered transfering a disconnect number more risky.

        (d) Once Your Credit has expired, You will be able to use Your Pre-paid Mobile Service to receive incoming Calls
        and text for the next 90 days only but You will not be able to make outgoing Calls, text or data sessions.

        Free phone number parking for 90 days, during which I think 10% off is still applicable. Kogan Mobile only allows for 20 days, the shortest period among main prepaid plans.

    This was already posted yesterday and some people (at least myself) got an email from Woolworths that they've cancelled my order. Cited reason was 'out of stock'. Sounds like BS

      That was for the 40gb (which is out of stock) so not technically a duplicate. Nonetheless, I agree this should be merged. This one still available

    Where's the deal here? You need to go over into the second month to get the cashback.

    So I guess it will end up costing you $15 for each month.

    Why not get the kogan $14.90 for 3 months with 20gb per month.

    Worth to note that even if you don't recharge your plan, you still get the 10% off every months until they axe your service (I think they keep it active for 6 months?)
    My recharge expired in March and I'm still getting the 10% off.

    Bought a $30 starter pack on Thursday 1st. No issues, payment went straight through and Cashback tracked immediately via email verification.Order dispatched the same day. Just disable the auto recharge feature so that when your 30 days is up your simply occupying a number. Satisfies the criteria for cash back then.

    • CR has a limit of 2 transactions on Woolies mobile each month, iirc. Check the T&C on the page.

    From 9 August 2021, you will be able to gift and receive data between all current Woolworths Mobile plans including the 30 day Pre-paid plans, Long Expiry plans, SIM Only plans and Phone Plans. For a list of eligible plans, click here.

    A gifting limit will be introduced across all plans which is 50% of the plan’s Included Data per recharge for Pre-paid plans and per plan reset date for SIM Only plans and Phone Plans.
