Inkbird ISC-007BW BBQ Air Flow and Temperature Controller - $206.54 Delivered @ Inkbird eBay

INKBIRD79

Still on the BBQ deals, the rep is doing a private code for us for 15% off this automatic air flow controller (therefore regulating temperature), after another member asked the question on another post.

Basically turns your charcoal bbq / smoker into a self regulated unit, making it set and forget. Highly useful for those long brisket cooks if you're not confident in doing long burn charcoal setups.

Looks to be compatible with Webers and Kamodo and similar dome type units. It comes with a few attachments.

I haven't tested one yet. There are one or two similar units on the market and the idea is pretty simple but effective.

  • Thanks, bought. Using in my Costco Louisiana Grills K24.

    • Oh nice one.

Send pics of your next cook! I'm very interested

My first cook with the blower - I love it.
It shines when cooking much longer (this was 2 hours) but this was a perfect trial run.

        • Damn that is perfection. Nice work

  • Would be curious, I use the SmartFire one they sell at BBQ's Galore.
Albeit slightly more expensive it does include wireless connectivity
It does the trick but the connectivity can be a bit shitty at times.
The app is pretty basic as well, but 80% of the time is works well.

Sometimes i am out and about, i'll just login over the phone to check how it is doing

    • The unit advertised here also has wifi. If it works anything like the 4 probe inkbird temp monitor, it should be quite reliable in terms of connectivity.

  • I've been looking at the Kamado version and Fireboard 2 which are similar products, curious how this holds up

  • Between BBQ and homebrew, these (redacted) guys have had so much money out of me lately…

  • I've used the snake method on a Weber. I tried the snake method for the first time when I get my kettle and worked a charm. Did 8 hour brisket and turned out perfectly.

    • Snake is great in a kettle, not so effective in a bullet or offset.

  • I was looking at these recently and thinking inkbird should make one haha, I have the 2 probe thermometer which is great

  • I have a ProQ bullet smoker and a Kamado Joe Jr will this work with both?

  • +1

Forced intake is definitely what my bbq needs.

    Next up, bolt-on nos kit.

  • Bought, thanks! Looking forward to not getting up through the night to check on briskets!
