Managed to land a $30 dining voucher, and in the email they mentioned a $4 UPark parking promotion with a generic code.

Tested on the website for various durations after hours weekdays and on weekends and there is a $4 option.

For a limited time, all ‘Dinner’s On Us’ voucher recipients have access to $4 parking at UPark in the city.

Visit the UPark online booking page https://prebook.upark.com.au/?/book/ and use the promo code 'HIT'. Parking is available on weekday nights from 5:00 pm and all day on weekends until Tuesday, 31 August 2021.
