Just tried to buy 1 from Tuggerah. Someone in Melbourne has bought them all and none available.
Does it require a hue hub?
Yes. There is a power transformer, but it does require the hub/bridge to work
All Hue stuff requires the hub.
Recently switched all my smart bulbs to Philips Hue, so much more reliable than individual bulbs with their own wifi.
Bluetooth Philips Hue bulbs don't need the hub - can't have many though before you DO need a hub!
True. Using Philips Hue via Bluetooth is more like a "try before you buy" to reduce barrier to entry, not recommended especially since you can get starter kits that include the hub + bulbs from Bunnings for $39 / $70 / $90 lately.

This is the same deal as seen in February/March, Bunnings is trying to clear their Hue Stock and most of the prices are the same as previous deals

- Yellow Ticket = Store Specific Discount
- Orange Ticket = Nationwide Discount

You may be right, but in the context of whether the average OzBargainer will find this product in their local, my FYI stands to reason.

And I thought getting them at $125 on clearance was a score…. That was a few months back, so entirely possible stores with remaining stock are trying even harder to clear out at this price
Bunnings at Windsor Gardens and Modbury had none. They checked stock levels else where in SA with all stores showing zero apparently.
