It must be a typo. $398 - 10% = $358.20 Pay $297.50 for $350 + balance $8.20 = $305.70 So it should be 3x$100 and 1x$50.

The reason it feels scratchy on your hand is due to the microfibre cloth snagging on the uneven surfaces on your hand that you can't see....
