      Sports games generally drop to bargain bin prices when the next year versions are out. The '22 series are on the way soon.

      Fifa 20 dropped to $5 when 21 came out on eb games. People spend hundreds of dollars on FIFA ultimate team. The initial price of the game is nothing for them. Just like drug addicts. EA earns a lot & could easily make the fifa free to play but they don't. I mean no one hates more money.
      If you play season it's fine. It doesn't really matter which one u play considering this game been almost the same for the past 4 years. You might find less players on the ones older than 2 years.

        Probably the worst fifa in recent memory, I generally just buy fifa yearly by default.
        Not enjoyable at all for me, just take it out when mates are over.

        Defence system on new fifa games are a lot different than something like fifa 16 or 17. Fifa 21 is the worst/hardest one. No matter how good you are, defending in this game is just not easy and in some cases impossible. Due to that reason scoring goals are easy & boring.
        Just try it so u can see it for yourself.

          @Mi2: Totally agree. Played Manager Mode and I think I went an almost full season without a single clean sheet but top of the league cause I was winning 3-2 or whatever. Horrible game.

    Don’t buy the newest ones it’s all just the same game with some of the player stats changed. EA doesn’t even bother add anything new to the Switch version.

    you can simply choose a player and play a season at different levels. I usually play 1 or 2 matches and can spend some 20-30 mins easily. You do get prompts at the start of each game, some of which are more fun than the actual game and allows you to learn new skills or understand the controls.
