  don't get a special gadget. a nut milk bag, or even a t shirt would work. put your food inside and then twist a long rod (like a knife sharpening steel) around the neck repeatedly and this will squeeze the bag smaller and tighter.

  Just get the carpal tunnel fixed, but if it is in both hands, get one done at a time.
  The op is no big deal and whether they go through the joint or on top, really no difference in discomfort or healing time. I watched the clock while he was doing one of mine and the surgeon took exactly 5 minutes before he wrapped it up and went home.😎

  I’m assuming you’re making zoodles so need to drain the water from the cut zucchini’s?

  Why not use a salad spinner or a French press.
