    Same as mine. I bought mine a similar fountain and he loves it. They love flowing water as they think its fresh.

    You have to change the filters on these frequently and also get pipe cleaners for the tube that runs to the top. After a few days they get slimy from the cat saliva.

  My dog loves mine but the pump is rubbish and failed after a few months. replacements on ebay for around $12

  We have the $20 one from kmart. Replacement filters are $5 a 3 pack, we get the same sort of time out of the filters.
  Just doesn't have the fancy flower top or light.

  I honestly wouldn't bother with cheap fountain like this. I have had few fountains in the past but found cleaning a bit of a hassle & in the end prefer changing out water in regular bowls daily. If you find that your pet prefers fountain, I would recommend looking at either stainless steel or ceramic. I'm not sure if this particular fountain is bpa free, but even still, plastic is a porous material & will grow slime & bacteria pretty easily. (I recently had to get rid of all our plastic bowls after discovering the main cause of cat acne)

  Easiest to keep clean, however have had it for years, & there are probably better, nicer ones available now. I think drinkwell is good brand. Also, be sure to pull apart completely, the pump when cleaning, lots of tiny spots for slime to grow.
