    technically, you can have 'dirty' power. without getting to the specifics, the psu filters and cleans the power to delivery stable power etc…. ok its home time. bye!

  Pretty sure the manufacture or OEM is Seasonic and the NZXT C series are based off the Focus Gold series so they should be decent

    Seasonic PSUs are good, albeit slightly more expensive. NZXT isn't know for skimping either
