  I would buy pull-up bands over these ones. Pull-up bands have no metal parts and are just 1 huge rubber band.
  These ones posted have metal buckles which i really don't trust, and worry about them flying at speed if they snap. If you buy then check the buckles frequently and always keep your face out of the danger zone.

  generic and pretty average quality.

  Good enough for some light work, you'll have to stack em up if you want do anything heavy.

  The length is short as well so they won't stretch very far which might limit their usefulness.
