[Klarna] Nvidia Shield TV Pro $261.75 (Price after Waiver) + Delivery @ PC Case Gear

120

Get in quick if you want this - Klarna deal ends at 5pm today.

Looks like the cheapest ever for the Shield itself. Delivery fee would also be 25% off after the waiver.

For customers to be eligible to have the 4th and final payment waived the first, second and third instalments must have been paid in full and on time. Order will show the full price through the entirety of checkout, you will receive an email afterwards saying "We've got your final payment covered"

        Legend!

    • Kool! I love ads! Otherwise, I'd never would have
guessed that all I needed to be healthy was acai berries or that the secret to white teeth, dentists don't want me to know, is just Whitening Strips.

I thought the deal finished on the 21st?

"The offer is available from 00:00 on the 7th July 2021 until 23:59 on the 21st July 2021"

    • and today is the 9th…

There is a update on the original post saying and it does say Klarna reserves the right to commence the offer at an earlier date

'UPDATE PM 09/07/21: This promotion is actually being ended by Klarna TODAY, presumably 11:59PM AEST 09/07/2021 before end of day presumably before 5PM (source: PCCG contact)'

      • oh okay, thanks

      • Commence the offer earlier = end the offer earlier?

        Nevermind found it further down:

"Klarna reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, cut short or extend the offer."

  • I'm probably gunna be negged, but I can't even find it on Google.. wtf is Waiver?

    • noun
      noun: waiver; plural noun: waivers

*In this context, Klarna are waiving their claim to your 4th payment…

Right, thanks. The capitalisation threw me, thought it might be a new product like AfterPay or something.

Read the bolded text at the bottom of the Klarna Deal

Klarna is an instalment payment plan, they'll waive the 4th instalment if you pay the first 3 in full and on time.

    • It means to give something up generally, you might sign a waiver to give up rights (like legal action).
In this case it means the fourth payment will not be sought by the lender, so you just pay the first three payments.

  • @RichardL The Ryzen deal didn't have the prices without the waiver in the title either https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/636669

    • Fair enough. I've added details to the description instead.

  • How many klarna purchases can you make?

    • shows over

      • What do you mean?

        • jay just meant that the deal's over when he made that comment. But to answer your question, there were people making multiple purchases.

          • @MiscOzB: You snooze .. you lose.. lucky I got my order in

            • @hippyhippy: Nice. I got my order in (for other things, not this Shield) just in time haha (was like 4:57 or 4:58).

  • Would this be the cheapest price ever for shield tv pro?

    • Yeah it seems to be. Couldn't find it cheaper in past deals on OzBargain anyway.

  • So can I speed up the purchase to make sure I got the discount. Like pay the full amount now $261 and get the last payment free?

    • Nah I'd say you'd have to follow the instructions (pay the first three instalments when each is due). As long as you got the email saying they'll cover the final payment you should be good.

      • Should I have already received that email about them coving the final payment,?. I made the order at 4:57pm

        • I don't have that email.. but I charged with them and the support said if your purchase is between the times … you should be good.

          • @hippyhippy: They made it so difficult to confirm that you will get the offer and you will have to wait 4 weeks to find out.

        • Check your spam/junk folder. @hippyhippy
