    Free.
Its called youtube and your own determination to do it

  • do you need to pay any fee for the gym?

    • yes i agree, seems a waste of money , but i did offer unfortanetely (which i regret ) to pay for his birthday.
he says the PT pushes him above limits?
      $500 for 10 x 30 minutes sessions, so thats $50 per 30 minutes

They seem to be on $80 an hour. But for a multi pack $300 cash.

My wife had one about a couple of years ago. $50 for 30 minutes

$100 per hour. After a couple of sessions and knowing what to do you can just stop and do it on your own.

    I'm paying $70 for 45mins.

I pay $70 for 45 mins every fortnight.

I would recommend them if you're getting used to a gym for the first time and want someone to show you how to use the machines and also set you a routine. Especially if you don't have any gym friends to help you.

The goal overtime is to decrease seeing them once you're comfortable.

I had one living nearby. After he finished PT'ing at the gym, he would pick up 1 or 2 private 1:1 sessions after hours each night with neighbours.
$50/hr. Sadly no longer in the same state!
