sorry - yes 16" But it might be too big for some... U could swap /UPG home to pro, but you might not need it. Depends what you want/need....

Ok yes, amazing/super great... i'd prefer to see a dedicated GPU. But if light usage, then i'd say it will be perfectly fine.

Looks like the - CT8G4SFS832A & CT8G4SFRA266 have gone back up. The CT8G4SFS824A is still sub $40.

Check the bios settings. There is an option within there for a constant fan, this 'might' be causing it.
