    Thanks. Inner wool is much warmer than the cheap pair I bought on ebay, which takes ages to warm my feet and often doesn't even feel warm at all.

    Ordered one pair for myself and one pair for my mom. Both are one size too small. Tried contact UggAustralia using the online form last Friday to exchange for a larger size, still no response received.

      Experienced the same issue with stitching falling apart too on a different pair but only used it many months after purchase so didn’t bother asking.

    I bought a pair of these in the last deal. After reading the last posts and seeing UggAustralia get ripped to shreds I had to chime in. The quality of the boots is great - I've had them for 5 weeks and worn them nearly every day. Quality is great so far (as much as that can be judged in such a short timeframe).

    Secondly customer service - the first pair I received were too small. Exchanging them for the correct size was completely hassle free, with UggAustralia providing a return shipping label, and then sending the new pair to me at no cost.

    Comments like "this isn't a deal if you post every month" are stupid - sorry Ozbargainers - you guys aren't the centre of the universe and when a deal is posted here it means exactly that - it's exclusive to people that check ozbargain. If UggAustralia wants to post an exclusive Ozbargain deal every month more power to them, and even better for the Ozbargain community having access to these deals.

    Thanks UggAustralia for powering through the negative comments and continuing to post deals to Ozbargain. I grabbed another pair on this latest deal.

    Hi, I got my new pair Uggs, bought US 9. It felt snug when going in but heels lift off when i walk. Should i downsize? Do you have Us8.5?
    I usually wear asics US 9.
