Recommendation for Tradie to Replace Wooden Floor in Penrith [NSW]

I'm thinking of replacing my townhouse in Penrith area to wooden floor (the carpet is more than 15 years old already). This is for investment property BTW.

Anyone has recommendation of tradie I can contact?
