Dreame T20 Pro Stick Vacuum Cleaner $599.98 Delivered @ Costco Online (Membership Required)

70

Seems like it includes both the carpet head and hard floor soft roller. Also includes a additional battery. I think it is worth price over the standard version.

  • This machine works way better than my Dyson v11.

The standard Xiaomi Dreame T20 has been as low as $399 recently, not sure if this is worth an extra $200 for the mop attachment and extra battery, correct me if im wrong?

    • I think the standard T20 bundle only has the carpet head (all surface head), whereas this also has the soft roller for hard floors in addition to the all surface head.

  • I bought the standard T20 model from Gearbite a few months ago, which only comes with a single battery. Gearbite doesn't sell the additional battery however it seems.

Does anyone know where one can be purchased from? It's quite frustrating since the spare battery was one of the key features of the T20, and was indicated as being able to be purchased separately as part of the Gearbite product info on the website.

  • I'll got one from crowdfunding website last year and received my T20 early January 2021. After less than 6 months of usage with mixed of tiles and carpets floor the main brush suddenly stopped working.

Contacted CS for help and they suggested me to buy a new brush from the started, I explained to them that I used the T20 for less than 6 months with 5 days a week of 10mins usage daily, then they valid my claimed after so few troubleshoot like taking videos etc.

They will re-send another brush from China warehouse it's going to take few weeks for it to arrive and in the meantime the T20 become pretty useless.

Maybe getting one from local if there's any issue you can claim the warranty much faster.

  • I recently bought this for $399 from Costco during one of their Friyay promotions and my brush has also stopped working. Will have to bring it back to costco for warranty too.

    • did you end up returning? what's the go, do they just replace the whole thing or a full refund instead

      • Because I had purchased it only in May and therefore within the 90 day satisfaction guarantee, they refunded the amount. I was happy to just get it replaced with a new one but they didn't have any on the floor (Moorabbin).

  • The contacts in the main body move and come loose. You may need to take it apart, hot glue it down and put it back together. I went through 2 brushes before they sent me a video on how to fix it.

    • Any chance you can upload said video? Could be useful to some people.

        video as requested

        • Thanks for that. I can remove the two screws however cannot seem to pull the plastic interior part out. Is there any trick to getting it out?

          • @Taiguile: Have to keep tugging at it. Needs a bit of coaxing.

  • Is this just the regular T20 but with all the accessories included? Specs read the same from memory.

      Correct.

You are paying an extra $200 for the spare battery and the hard floor soft roller head.
IMHO, if you don't really need that extra battery, this is not a bargain for you.

    • Package include: the main body, extension rod, all-surface brush, soft roller motorized head, x2 battery, mopping water tank, mopping pad, 2-in-1 charging & storage mount, 2-in-1 wide brush, mite removal brush, extension hose and crevice nozzle.

      Hold on a sec!

So, the T20 Pro can actually be used to mop hard floors. 🤯

      • weird, I couldn't find anything about a mop on they website or with a quick search 🤔

        • Yes, the T20 Pro version comes with a mopping pad that is attached with a velcro to a small water tank.
Have a look at the photos carefully on the Costco website.

        • I meant I couldn't find anything on the Dreame website. How its used aso

            @ripprind: Ditto.

You would think they would want to highlight this feature on their official website as a selling point, right?

Also, Gearbite does not stock this version.

  • this seems to be the same price as the v10, is it any better?
