Finally, enough to fill my tub.

    • +10

PROTIP: getting these anywhere on the private areas, whether male or female, is not a pleasant experience at all. So I don't recommend bathing in it.

Do not ask how I know this.

      • +4

        How do you know that?

        • Lol, isn't it implied?

Also, this stuff is the worst smelling vile hand sanitizer I've ever had the pleasure to smell

          • @plague69: Lol, and yet 'Blue Cat' was tempted to use it as a lubricant. Funny bugger

          • @plague69: You obviously didnt smell the batch I made following WHO guidelines :)

      • +4

Wrong tube of liquid kept on your bed side table?

      • +4

"Do not ask how I know this."

Are you from the WA suburb Cockburn?

      • +4

You've tried it on both your own male & female parts?

      • +5

My father once warned me to never let deepheat get on my gentiles, I asked him how he knew that and he said it was an accident when he was younger, I am unconvinced.

  • +3

Is 5L enough to use on a Superyacht ?

    • +1

      🙄

    • +1

I doubt an Ozbargainer can afford one unfortunately ;)

      • Definitely no can afford except JV.

        • +1

Wouldn't be surprised tbh. He's been an Ozbargainer since 2009. He might afford it but I doubt he would get one lol.

      • +1

If anything it's the opposite. OzBargainers could probably afford it, but won't hit the trigger unless there is a hefty discount involved. Even then, they'll hold out for a slightly better discount that may have been hinted to come about in a years time, even if it is only 0.05%..

    • +2

I'm sure it's enough to get it started. Once you have a decent fire going the rest of it is pretty combustible and it will take care of itself.

  • Is the 5L actual legit Scott's handsanitiser? Does it have a bad smell?

    • +2

We always sell genuine products. I was in my local bunnings the other day and they use this brand for customers to use. Expecting the worst because of the multiple reviews here, but nope, it smells sweet and not sticky at all.

Again this is my personal test result and yes I am associated with this store, but just to share my experience

      • +6

You may have covid since you tell us that Scotts smells so sweet .

        • Nope, test result just came up as negative :p It smells fruity to me. Wondering if the one with a bad smell was just a bad batch

          • @djprima: can you send me the fruity scotts to me please If it is free . Love to have the fruitty tutti scotts smells :P

          • @djprima: U in Fairfield?

      • I was just checking Bunnings website to buy some Scotts and they dont stock it anymore - Why?

    • yes the classic smells like ass smell

    • +1

If it doesn't smell, its not the real deal.

    • I've got some Scott's handsanitiser near my front door at home and I thought the smell was quite nice compared to the other ones i've used.

  • +2

    smelly and sticky scotts

  • +1

Remember when 5L of hand sanitiser was $75 and considered a good deal!! Bye bye 2020 thankfully

I remember when 5L of isopropyl was $25.

      • +4

Remember when Mars bars were 20 cents? Or you could go to the corner shops and get 1 and 2 cent lollies in a little bag and the shopkeeper was happy to help you.

        • +4

I mean, mine was only 2019 but if ya wanna go back that far you can be my guest.

      • +1

I think it came down to $15 at one point. I wish they'd bottle it straight and sell it cheap again rather than using it to make sanitizer.

  • Great deal! Thanks!

  • Damn just placed an order a day ago . May need to order more lol

  • +1

FYI - If you purchase this, you should also purchase a peg for your nose.

    It smells feral.

  • +7

I seriously have no idea what you people are talking about. My work has only used this since the pandemic started and it doesn't smell as bad as you're all making it out to be.

    • it's the bots, just ignore them.

    • +1

Their first run smelt putrid. They’ve changed it up now.

  • Will you be doing any deals ont he MAXIMA masks?

  • +1

Whilst I certainly don't expect hand sanitizer to smell like daisies Scotts is easily the worst smelling hand sanitizer out there. Some of the more recent deals posted are basically giving it away which says it all.

  • What material is the reusable face mask?

  • Reusable masks say the filtration is good for 30 hand washes, but I figure no matter what they're at least as effective as other fabric face masks?

    • +1

Just got the reusable masks (they arrived super quickly) - the elastic goes all the way around the back of the head, not around the ears as pictured. Other than that they're quite lovely.

      • Did you get any tracking information once it was shipped?

I got a shipping notice but no tracking info

        • No, but it came within like a day!

  • Can use as bbq fuel lol

  • +2

Your KN95 is at the wrong price, $11.5 x 0.9 = $10.35, but the other day I only saw them for $10 for 20pcs, your 10% off is not real discount.

    expiry on scotts sanitiser?

  • +4

Am I missing something or is the promo code just Ozbargain but misspelled?

    • It's like GIN but cheaper

    • They’re probably using a shopping cart system which allows promo codes with up to 8 characters.

  • +3

Thanks OP this tastes great with coke

  • Tempted to buy, just incase!

  • Thanks, ordered.

  • Hi OP, the promo code is not working anymore? Is this still going on ?
    EDIT: I was trying OZBARGAIN…all ok :)

    • How dare you spell things correctly! 😂

  • TGA Approved. ARTG ID: 343540

Can't find it on ARTG search for the reusable face mask.

    • It's not supposed to say Approved, in any case.

TGA registered at best. But it seems not even that?

  • -2

Pro tip. It may be preferable to get COVID than smell this shit.

  • Half of my order arrived today (aeris active) but no sign of the 5L of Scots I ordered. Maybe it's getting shipped separately?

    • +1

So the Scots arrived separately via Aust post.

      Amazing service

Delivery must be costing a fortune!

Fyi the Scots expires in 2023

  • Mmmm cant get past the delivery section of guest check out. Got all the relevant fields filled in. Did auto fill and then deleted everything and typed it all in - Error with delivery address, suburb and postcode…..but they are all correct.

  • There's like 0 information about the manufacturer or test reports for Fengzhu KN95 Mask, no ARTG ID. Seemingly nothing.

  • Hi OP, your website will not accept my 3 mastercard credit cards. Pretty sure I did not enter my details incorrectly. Tried in incognito window, so no chance of my add ons interfering.

  • Hi rep, can you extend the code validity

  • these guys ship quickly, ordered yesterday (missed the code unfortunately) and delivered today in Adelaide!
