I believe it is HDMI 2.0, so not able to do 4K 120Hz if you’re gaming with the new consoles.

It's a digital cable. So just pick up whatever you find that's cheap and to the spec your chasing.

Ugreen cables are pretty good, just make sure you buy HDMI 2.1 spec…
Most HDMI cables operate pretty much the same as it's a digital signal. Only really cheap crap ones have issues.
What's far more important is buying the correct HDMI spec for your use case e.g. 2.0, 2.1 etc.
Amazon is a good place to look.
