    I came across this not long ago, now my go to hot sauce for burgers.
    Mix it up with others to add extra spice for wings.

      Yep - that balance is key. So many have nothing but heat.

      I tried this from a friend last night. Very good. And great to see that it is Australian made.

      Heat level is similar to my favourite Marie Sharp's Fiery Hot Habanero Pepper Sauce — from Belize but my favourite in the world.
