Was in the market for some riesling, chardonnay, sparkling and light reds but nothing there that motivated me to buy. Pricing doesn't look to be as sharp as it used to be a few years ago IMHO.
I spent some time looking but could not find anything that really stands out in terms of value.

I do and yes I can but you've got be careful drinking solely your own wines for a number of reasons.
So, today I bought some Penna Lane Riesling, Vickery Riesling, Picardy Chardonnay, Richard Hamilton Grenache and some French Rose Champagne(which I'll stick awy for Christmas), picked up some of my father-in-laws Pinot Noir from our personal cellar and away we go for 7 days in lockdown :-)
PS I don't buy regularly but I looked in the rack at home recently and realized in needed some diversity again!
