  I guess there was some kind of misunderstanding regarding fast charging a laptop. Most laptop chargers I've seen have a minimum power of 60W, and a typical charger should be around 120w, some beefy laptops have 230w chargers. 45w is barely enough to run a laptop in power efficient mode IMO.

    Many laptops with USB Power Delivery will support 45W. USB Power Delivery maxes out at 100W too so you're not thinking of the same thing when you say 230W.

      True story, my MacBook Pro 16 needs 97w but a 45w pd will run it and occasionally charge with very minimal usage, edit a video or play a game and it will need the 97w and won’t charge

      so a hp spectre x360 with a 60w charger, will charge with a lower 45w, albeit slower?

      How would this work with mobiles with say 65w fast charge vooc like the oppo find x2 pro? Do they just go to 45w and so fasster than standard qualcom QC3.0, albeit not super vooc 2.0 speeds like the find x2 pro where charging can be done in minutes to near full battery?

        Yes the Spectre will charge at 45W but slower. This won't fast charge the Oppo Find X2 Pro or any other devices using VOOC as it's a different charging protocol.

  I've had the Romoss 20000mAh 45W USB-PD bank for a while (bought off Aliexpress about 6 months ago) and it's very good. For what it's worth many thin and light laptops nowadays (eg. ThinkPad X1 Yoga, XPS 13, etc.) are supplied with 45W chargers, and this battery works just as well as those AC chargers do.

  120W+ chargers are solely the realm of large gaming and workstation laptops with discrete graphics. I'd wager 90% of laptops sold are just fine to run and charge on 45W. (On a contrary note, my ThinkPad P73 work monster machine won't even accept any USB-PD input, and doesn't accept a charger any smaller than 135W! But it's definitely not a 'normal laptop')

  The Romoss is also the smallest/most compact power bank I can found that has a 20V USB-PD output as part of its options. I'd love to find a smaller one (capacity be damned - I have a small Dell machine which only accepts 20V USB-PD) but it seems as though this is the smallest.

    The 50W power bank is much newer than the 18W 30000mAh power bank. I would expect a more flight safe 26800mAh to be out sometime I hope.

    I think they're a good brand. I have two of their powerbanks (one 30,000mah and the other 20,000mah). I haven't used them for anything else though.
