Apparently not.
With a "cheapest first" and "buy it now" (Australia/International optional) ebay search only taking a few seconds, if they can't be bothered to do even that, I don't feel very confident they would be bothered to offer much pre or post sale support.
This sort of thing always makes me feel like they're just trying to offload whatever they can sell without much concern for their customers or return sales. Just in it to make a quick buck sort of thing.
IME anyway.
