Nice tea - bought this last year when my usual twinings english breakfast wasn't on sale and found it a really good 2nd option, even more so at this price.
I prefer this to the Twinings…

Basically extra strongs are just more tea. So you can always use two tea bags if want something bit stronger.

Dilmah extra strength is my go to tea but i like to mix it up with the Assam bold.

So extra strength is just more tea per bag. Looking at the weights standard is 200g and extra strength 240g. Extra strength is 2.4g vs 2g per tea bag.
Cost is a bit more than 20% extra so at least can't say its over priced.
Extra Strength tastes a bit different to me, rather than just being more tea per bag. I find it a slightly more refined Dilmah tea as well as being stronger. I drink a lot of both.
