  • Are you sure you're not a rep?. Good price though.

    • Are you saying you can smell socks?

Here's a good price on the 'Snow Foam' to package with the OP.

The title combines 2 of my favourite past times.

Thanks OP! 1 for this weekend.

    • giving or receiving?

Don't most pressure washers come with something like this already for $20-$30?

    Karcher
    Gerni
    Ryobi

What makes this one so much better for almost triple the price?

    • +1

      brass?

    • +1

The Gerni one I got with my machine did not make the foam as thick as my old foam cannon. I don't have this one but the cheap one I got off eBay makes the foam thick and sprays it on a wider angle. I'm going to assume that it does a similar job to my eBay one

      • +1

Link to the cheap one off eBay?

        • Damn, it doesn't look like it is being sold by the seller anymore, I had limited options as I was specifically looking for a Ryobi mount, but it is by this seller.

They all seem to be generic in it's design and just the adapter changes.

    • based on the reviews from friends and ozbargainers.
I have one foam cannon come with the pressure washer and I am not satisfied.

    • +3

I've got the Ryobi one and just bought a Bowden's Own and there's no comparison. The Ryobi foamer just doesn't deliver the foam nearly as well and, in my usage, ended up going through a lot more detergent.

    • they are pretty terrible. you can check the reviews on youtube.

    • +2

      Like chalk and cheese.
Those ones are designed for straight soap/foam solution as they have no air/water flow control. Essentially they excessively dilute the product coming out so you use a lot more.
With a cannon like this, you only need 100-150ml with the rest water and it will produce a very thick foam.

  • Any recommendations for pressure washers?

  • +1

if you have a karcher pressure washer this $20 one from Amazon is great https://www.amazon.com.au/Auto-Care-Snow-Lance-Karcher/dp/B0…

    • Is it better than the karcher one?

      • I can’t comment as I haven’t used the genuine but this is a consistent performer w my k4 and Bowdens Snow Foam

  • +1

Also highly reccommend their HAPPY ENDING product.

  • Anyone know where to get cheap extra bottles for these cannons?

    • Foam depends on the power of the pressure washer.
      Also using warm water helps

    • Here

I think they're normally $20, Autobarn would be able to order it in if you want it locally but cheaper thru Sparesbox.

I do believe they don't have a cap that fits the thread though, so bear that in mind if you're going to keep unused liquid in it. It doesn't seal, only keeps the dust out.

I've had this one and the MJJC from AliExpress. The MJJC is honestly better made if you can wait for the shipping.

  • +1

I have one of these, a Meg's one and a generic eBay one. The Bowden's is definitely the pick of the bunch.
The stubby bottle is heaps more stable, it seems to have better fan control and can get extra bottles if you use a sealant as well as snow foam so you don't need a whole other cannon. Also if you have issues, the screen gets blocked etc, you can send it in to Bowden's, they'll clean/repair it and send it back for free.

I have heard good things about the MJJC, Pan seems to rate them.

  • Wow I read it as snow blow job scrolling down fast ish on my phone 🤣

    • +1

Your screen must have been a whiteout mess

  • Wife won't give me a blow might as well get a snow job

  • Does it fit the Bosch pressure washer?

  • Thanks OP

  • Got one. Couldn't justify paying RRP $100 but at this price and using discounted gift cards make it a good price.

Tried the Gerni foam sprayer attachment that came with the pressure washer and it was terrible watery mess.

  • Fyi this looks to fit Stanley pressure washers I have just fitted to mine and seems to operate.
