It runs windows by default so don't see why you couldn't use windows remote desktop or vnc to do this?

If you have a usb-c dock and keyboard you could also use it as a portable pc for basic applications like word etc.

I am running ROCM on a number of things now and not as much of an issue as it once was, it's not as efficient as cuda for sure however.
