      haha, I was thinking the same thing. But it was still enough to get me to question what they were binding the bamboo fibers together with on that tableware…

        It is poorly written but there seems to be a valid point there:
        The bamboo is in fibre or powder form and is all held together with plastic resins which are possible toxic.
        It seems 'eco-friendly' but there is no regulation and its more of a fashion item.
