Released today and this seems like the best price for a PC version. Make sure to use the coupon code. I paid a little less earlier in the day so maybe the price fluctuates a bit?

    From what I've heard, no the opposite. A bunch of stuff that was originally sold as DLC is included in the base and there's a bunch of commentary & extras.
