        Worth asking, since our votes decide the validity of the neg: if a retailer was developing quite a reputation for taking your money and then cancelling your order, wouldn't that fall under "issues with retailer"?

        I tend to think it would, but keen to hear from the community.

          Not really because the deal is still applicable to a lot of people.

          People say the same thing about Myer with cancellations but apparently I don't live near a popular store, as my orders are always fulfilled, even if I see a deal quite late (like 12-18hrs after posting). I also don't really have trouble with Target but I do have trouble with Kmart, lots of Lego cancellations there.

          I wouldn't consider negging a Kmart deal, it's a big retailer, regardless of reputation, lots of people will snag the deal.

          Luck of the draw, lots of deals are. If it got to a point where negs were hiding deals, I think that's gonna be wrong.

      Not sure why it’s negged, from my experience it’s true that they seem to cancel non-stop for no valid reason.

        There has to be a limit somewhere.

        If people neg a deal they haven't even tried to get - where is the end to that type of negging?

        In my humble opinion, this type of neg would only be appropriate if a person had already tried to get this particular deal and it was cancelled on them.

        The main issue is they don't have stock and they keep the set up for hours .
        If they do have stock special customers hehe get profiled with too many returns , bad address etc comes into play .

        My ‘account’ is fine.. Same way of purchasing from any retailer.. Always issues with Target however. Seems like fraud detection just like most places… except theirs would appear to be broken / setup with criteria that is completely incorrect at detecting it.

      I ordered Barracuda Bay and Assembly Square at 1am seperately and no cancellation yet. Hope that's a good sign for me. Will update when i know further. Maybe being up with a baby might be useful for something.

      Just checked… Barracuda bay says "ready to ship" and assembly square says "packing your items".

      Ordered at 3.00am, no cancellation yet. I need better quality sleep.

      Edit: Shipped at 9.30am. They are actually fulfilling orders.

      Forgot to mention that the price came down to sub $200 by using FlyBuys credits during the checkout.

    I've phoned them 4 times to get my previous refunds . And still have rejected on my last orders from the Jurassic saga . Hence I can look on or open a new account . I choose to look on :)
    Bloody shame that 10% off offer has expired a few days ago that would have got me on my bike .
