28" inch wheel size - Venice Plus or Milano Plus, the Moscow will work for you to as it is a 27.5" wheel size.
How can I choose click and collect from the Sydney store? I went through the process to get a Moscow but it didn't give me an option for click and collect, only shipping

Refurbished means both. Ex-Rental (Uber, Deliveroo, etc) and multiple commuter bikes (people who ride to work and from) in general. Really depends on the bike. As for the Prague it will be an ex-rental bike. For the price with 25% off, it is a bargain.
The last Prague is white, the battery is about 10 to 12 months old. We do give a warranty on the battery if anything goes wrong, we replace it with another.
The battery is 13ah.
Is he Smartmotion a unisex bike and what is the battery charge life?
Yes, the Smartmotion is a unisex bike. Battery life on one charge is about 7-8 hours. Depends on the PAS settings and the terrain.
