I don't have concrete evidence i can give you seeing as where i worked no longer sells the phone however a quick search reveals that JB had them on sale for $488 and you could price beat at OW for $463, so even cheaper than a refurb. I stand by what i said in my first comment and don't understand the negs, do your research.
Does this include a new battery? If not, what kind of condition are the batteries in?
$414 for a new pink A51 from Kogan. I'll rather a new for the price difference.

Comparing refurb for refurb, found "excellent" condition refurbs for the Samsung A51 offered by green gadgets australia on eBay for $299 including free express shipping, can get cheaper if you don't care as much for condition and also take advantage of ebay coupons. Same warranty too.
Sorry but you need to be more competitive with pricing.

No deals, especially regarding the A42 5G, when we sold these new at work they costed barely anymore (normally around $499) than what you're offering a refurbished unit for.
