  • Stock standard WPI provides the best value and good results. In my opinion the fancy label brands are not worth it. I buy from http://www.proteindirect.com.au/ or http://nobullsupplements.com.au/

  • i just bought some WPC from proteindirect (taste is tolerable, banana > iced mocha), as NBS had a 10% for a lousy day and i missed it. i asked if they could do another soon and i got a bullshit answer.

WPC is good, but may have some trouble guzzling it down, in which case you should get WPI
WPI has more protein per serving/serving weight compare to WPC but its not much, about 3g.
WPC is a lot cheaper therefore better option if you're cheap, but just as good.

disclaimer: don't forget these are SUPPLEMENTS and you should NOT go overboard with these and eat less. you need to EAT MORE and only drink one or two shakes a day to SUPPLEMENT your protein intake from normal foods. if you don't, well, you're stupid.

  • I prefer to buy the wpi, but finding the range is huge and wanted to see what others thought of the brands.

  • Optimum nutrition gold standard 100% whey, I'm double rich chocolate and it is by far the best tasting protein I have ever tasted. Nutritional stats are great on it also.

    • How long they take to ship to OZ?

      • They don't ship that product to us :(, was just showing for the reviews.

Have a look on ebay, it's usually the cheapest.

        • ok

  • Powders come cheap and easy in the form of WPI and work fine for me; but i really struggle to find good value bars. Does any one have any suggestions for cheap and good protein bars? Bars are much easier have on the go.

  • been using http://professionalwhey.com.au and would recommend
