Yes, it does seem sketchy. No real warranty mentioned anywhere besides that there may be manufacturer warranty of no specified time and if there's a defect on arrival let them know in 3 days.

Unrelated but how do you detect fake reviews? Need some tips as I usually get convinced easily by reviews from Amazon or TrustPilot.

Best thing you can do is neg the deal - all these sites have average deal scores, if it goes too low the store gets banned.

Bit of a strange site. Contact page says their PO box and number are in Vic (Altona East), but ABN Lookup says it's a sole trader in WA.

EDIT: Apparently it's also the same bloke behind Bada Bean? Strange that the business name ceased in March 2021. Next time a deal from them comes around, we should ask some questions.
Negging for fake reviews on the site - 06/09/2018 "Great comfortable chair and easy setup. The only thing is dirt/crumbs makes its way into the holes on the mesh fabric. You’ll need a strong vacuum to get it out"
