Yep, not a fan of "call us" as it screams, we don't have stock but will take your money anyway.
Can't even price match with something like this as most retailers will just laugh.
Maybe each person on ozb should give them a call as well an email enquiry.
I had this exact scenario happen when I ordered. Just did a chargeback on the CC.
if it says 'call us', it means there is no stock with Rosman, and you can't refund without paying a cancellation fee

Personal experience with Rosman.
Avoid if possible. I've ordered 2 items in April. They had it in stock at the time but by the time of shipping, apparently stock ran out. I've asked for a refund via phone, email, and website tickets for 2 continuous months before they actually refunded me.
Order date: 17 April 2021
Refund: 13 July 2021The first refund went on 6 July the second on the 13 July. The reason for not issuing the refund at the same time: "Yes, our refunds team will be able to process this before the end of the week!"
Since they agreed to actually issue the refund, I saw the funds in my account within 2 weeks. Between the first and the 2nd refund, it took 1 month before I got my funds back.
I've asked them for a refund, no less than 11 times!
Such a shame cause their deals are good.

I order an in stock gpu last week, after 3 days they called to say no stock.
Shocker. At least they didnt try and charge a cancellation fee which other seem to have had done.At the very least call before you pay anything!

Rosman is dodgy as (profanity). I wandered past their Thirroul store. They had prebuilts for double the price. DOUBLE. I've got a photo on my phone somewhere, but pretty much like $400 for a 1TB SSD upgrade from 250GB default or whatever. They can charge whatever they want, but double is just scummy.
Rodman dodgy as hell. Ordered a 5700xt they said they had a eta 29th of may. Still nothing. As for gpu’s, hold. Just picked up a 3060 for $625
