  Delivery takes about 5-10 days from my experience which is not bad considering most of the items are shipped from their UK warehouse. I find ASOS to have much better variety compared to the The Iconic possibly due to access to overseas stock.

  Also note that if there is a problem with an item in your order, it's likely you'll have to send THE WHOLE ORDER back. Happened to me twice in the past. Infuriating. Decent prices but terrible customer service.

      Just wondering how quickly after you return do you get refunded? I used ASOS for 8 years, up until end of 2019 / start of 2020 and I used to be refunded within 24 - 48 hours.
      I just returned an order last month, tracking says received at returns warehouse, however ASOS customer service says it now takes up to 21 days to refund after receiving items. Is this normal? 2 weeks and waiting here!

  ASOS was very good in the past but it's just shit now.
  I ordered a True Religion T-shirt not too long ago and the quality was rubbish.
  Didn't know it was made in China.
  My other TR shirts that I bought while in America was made in America.
  Never again.
