      I agree. I got one from Bunnings with the shower head and the extra shower head. I think it has a 25 year warranty

      I use this model at home, got it from Amazon during Prime day sales. Works really well, it does not come with a mixer tap though so you'll need to keep that in mind if you're doing renovations. The other issue is the hose, it's covered/coated with plastic which makes it extremely resistant to bending and takes a very long time to "relax" when you take it out of the packaging.

    DO NOT BUY ANY METHVEN PRODUCTS. Poorly made products and rubbish customer service. They made up some lame excuse to reject my warranty claim.

      Care to elaborate? Most of their stuff has been fine for us.

      I did have an instance where there was an issue with the showerhead after about 4 years. I still had my receipt and they sent me the replacement part. All I had to do was send a video of the problem. I thought that was pretty good customer service.

      Either way, good price for a rail shower! Mixers are normally sold separately so no surprises there.

        Bought 2 matte black mixers. after 1.5 year of use the black coating started coming off on both of them. Took pictures and made a claim on their website. They came back with an excuse claiming that i used inappropriate cleaning products which caused the coating to wear off. I replied to them saying i never used any cleaning products for cleaning the mixers. Just water and cloth was enough for the job. Never got any reply from them ever since.

        Going to try and take it back to harvey norman when the lockdown is over see if they could do anything.

          just lodge a complaint with fair trading. I did this when officeworks management told me I purposely broke my Plantronics Backbeat Go 810 headphones, lodged a case and a week later Officeworks support called me and sorted it out. Made sure the manager knew about it when I was there next

      They still have your money and you don't have the product? I got all my stuff except the shower heads (like this but waipori and single function) and eventually they said they are unable to get them in and offered for me to pick any similar priced one. At first they said it needed to be 50 bucks (the clearance price of the methven waipori) but when I showed them I couldn't even get a methven one for anywhere near that they agreed to let me pick and then had some stock transferred from another shop that had ones that were a close enough match
