    Prices are great but not too impressed by the quality and service provided after you've spent the money.

    My brand new sofa has frame damage and I've raised a warranty claim as per the sales persons advice. It's now been 5 business days with no response. The salesperson refuses to help and advises i need to wait for a reply.

    I've also contacted "[email protected]" with no response either.

    Based on this alone, i would recommend taking business elsewhere where they'll assist with warranty and when something goes wrong

    I bought some furniture from Johnny's about 2 years ago Dining table, coffle table, buffet and TV unit in mango wood. A identical dining table only at HN was 5k I got the whole lot for 3k. I was then assembling the dining table feet and noticed some wood was rotten away from where the legs get bolted on. I made 1 phone call and sent a email with pics showing the issue. I assumed they were going to repair instead they gave me a whole new dining table in a matter of weeks maybe less, can't remember. So from my experience the quality was top notch and warranty service was even better. My person experience was excellent.
