Was looking for a magnetic holder, i used this brand before but sold my previous car with the mount (forgot to take it off). Its worth its weight in gold as the magnetic force is very strong and it doesn't flex or move around.

Good mount, shame can't wireless charge with the metal plate on your phone. Taking case on and off wasn't workable for me. Convenience of wireless charging trumps having magnetic mount imho.
You can, but you tend to have to put the metal plate about a quarter of the way up from the bottom rather than dead centre so the phone might sit a little higher on the mount than desired. Works fine for me though.
That’s what I used to do before I got an iPhone 12 with MagSafe, generally worked ok but wireless charging was still hit an miss.
How does the suction cup hold?
I used something similar but found the suction started wobbling when attaching my phone after a couple of days. This is probably because I extended the arm all the way.

Once it's on your (cleaned) window, it's not coming off by accident. I left mine on the window parked entirely outside for 3 years and ruined it when I sold the car as the summers had baked it onto the glass. Took lots of work to get the residue off too (but it did all come off eventually).
Current one on my new car has been attached to my dash board for 1.5 years with no issues, either.
You can even throw your phone at the mount and it won't budge.
